Updates to Our Plans and Pricing

· By Leigha Reid · 3 min read

We’re updating our plans and pricing. Here’s what’s changing and how this sets the stage for the future of FlutterFlow.

When we launched FlutterFlow, we had one goal: make it radically easier to build beautiful, powerful digital products. Four years later, we’re a full development platform that goes from idea to app store. We now have collaboration features, AI tools, 25+ integrations, branching, development environments, and more, built in.

Now our plans are evolving to reflect that growth. We’ve introduced new features across every tier and restructured our plans to better align with the way people build today and how their needs change as they move from MVP to scaling production apps.

What’s Behind the New Plans

Over time, our plans became packed with features. But those features didn’t always align to how people actually build. Some users had more tools than they needed. Others were scaling real businesses on plans designed for individuals.

So we stepped back and designed a new system – plans that scale with you to match how teams grow from solo exploration to enterprise-scale apps, and to give you the right tools at the right time.

It also allows us to keep building what matters most: better performance, more powerful integrations, better support, and more flexibility as you scale.

New Plan Details

We’re rolling out a new set of plans: Individual, Growth, and Business, which will replace our current Standard, Pro, and Teams plans. Here’s how they break down:

*Agencies Expansion: Includes all Business features, plus the ability to add up to 7 seats at $65/seat/mo and collaborate with other paid users at the project level.

**The Enterprise product runs on a separate deployment from retail to ensure greater stability and scale. As a result, a few retail features may be unavailable due to differences in infrastructure, security, or deployment timelines.

A New Approach to Collaboration

With the new plans, we’re streamlining how collaboration works. Instead of managing access at the individual project level, collaboration will now happen at the team level. You’ll be able to work with other editors who are part of your team (on a Growth or Business plan) and only on projects owned by that team. As part of this change, project-level collaboration across different teams will no longer be supported, but you can now belong to multiple teams, making it easy to work across different clients, projects, or organizations while keeping access clear and organized.

For agencies that co-build with clients or freelancers, the Business plan offers an optional add-on to scale to 12 seats and maintain project-level collaboration with paid external users. We introduced this package specifically to support the flexible, cross-functional workflows common in agency work.

If You’re Already Using FlutterFlow

If you're already using FlutterFlow, you've likely seen our email about these updates. The new plans will be available Monday, August 4, 2025 and you will have 30 days to select your new plan. If after 30 days, you do not select a new plan, your account will be automatically updated to the plan that aligns with your current team size (users on the Free plan will remain in the Free plan). Your billing cycle will stay the same – the new pricing will begin on your next renewal date, whether monthly or annual. We’ll follow up with plenty of guidance before anything officially changes.

What You Need to Do

Right now, nothing! We’ll let you know when the new plans are available so you have the option to select the plan that’s right for your stage. For existing users, if you don’t opt into a new plan by September 4, 2025, we will automatically migrate you to the new plan that best aligns to your current usage. We’ve also created a detailed help article and FAQ to help you understand exactly how the new plans work.

Looking Ahead

This update isn’t just a change in our plans, it’s a foundation for the future. With the heavy lifting behind us, we’re shifting gears towards what’s next. We’re working on some powerful improvements — such as dramatically faster performance, smarter AI tools that deeply understand visual design, and new custom code capabilities built for deep third-party integrations.

Thanks for building with us. We’re excited for what’s next.
